CSV workflow comparison

From a periodic import to ongoing accounting.

A carefully prepared CSV can be accurate. The difference is who prepares each adjustment, checks mappings, tracks imports and verifies the result as orders change.

This is a capability checklist, not a current feature audit of named competitors. Ask each provider to demonstrate your scenarios; absence from its public documentation does not prove non-support.

Ask for the accounting output.

Try a ₹400 prepaid + ₹780 COD order, a partial return, a shipping refund and a later credit after an earlier monetary reduction. Review the accounts, quantities, tax and remaining booked amount. Shopify-native exchanges use return and replacement-fulfillment records; ask for a walkthrough of your ERP and payment setup. Third-party returns-app exchanges need separate validation.
