Accounting you can inspect

Schedule, inspect and recover your sync

Choose when daily accounting starts, understand what needs attention and bring eligible missed history into the same workflow.

01

Your daily schedule

Choose a daily start time in the shop’s timezone for the previous day’s accounting. Configure posting attempts and retry intervals.

  • See current status, last sync and next scheduled start.
  • Tally availability checks retain pending work while the target is unavailable.
02

Fix the cause, then Resume

Resume sync requests another attempt after required setup checks. It does not silently fix missing mappings or an unresolved accounting problem.

  • Actionable errors explain what needs correction.
  • Plan-limit pauses require a higher-capacity plan covering usage; a new cycle does not release them. See Pricing for headroom, catch-up charges and the reminder timeline.
  • Order search and voucher details help locate work still awaiting posting.
03

Re-sync recent activity

Re-read an eligible date range for fulfillments and refunds that have not already synced. The current covered free window is shown before starting.

  • Ordinary re-sync is distinct from intentionally reposting already-synced records.
  • Saved event identities and recorded posting outcomes support recovery.
04

Historical backfill

Select eligible history up to 60 days back. Review monthly shipped-order volume and any applicable charge before starting.

  • The plan’s applicable volume limit is checked.
  • Only the chargeable history before the covered free window contributes to the quote.
  • Follow progress and view prior requests and failure reasons.
  • Long catch-up work continues in bounded passes, while newly eligible fulfillments can be captured on subsequent passes.
05

Full push after clearing ERP entries

Full push explicitly includes already-synced work. Use it only after the corresponding ERP entries have been cleared.

  • Leaving the old entries in place can create duplicates.
  • Full push is opt-in and separate from normal retries or re-sync.
06

Confirm the result

Review voucher details and accounting reconciliation after recovery. A failed ERP read is not a successful comparison.

  • Uncertain posting outcomes are checked before a retry decides to repost.
  • Zoho payment/refund tasks can retry separately from completed documents.
  • Copy or download voucher details for review.
